Kim received her Real Estate License in May 2002. Kim also obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation in October 2004, e-Pro designation in May 2008 and has accumulated over 125 hours of continuing education.
Kim Vargas is a member of the Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado County Association of Realtors as well as the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce.
